John Auer took the helm of this ship 28 years ago, on February 2, 1992. John can almost always be found at the deli serving customers with a smile, but when he's away, he enjoys spending time with family & friends.

Our local reputation as the best place for subs and hot beef sandwiches has been earned through our friendly staff and commitment to consistency. Being located only three blocks west of Lake Michigan makes us perfect for picnics, boat outings, or just a quick stop on your lunch break.
